1965-84 Clutch Hub Nut OK, for you that have not changed over yet, here is the late style 1965-84 clutch hub nut.Use this on your early 1941 up ride along with the seal kit to the left . You will find a lot less gear oil showing up on your clutch plates. ( it leaks in from the clutch rod ).What happens is the heavier oil burns onto the plates, the plates grab each other, and suddenly you find your clutch does not engage. Sound familiar ? Stack 2 of the later seals inside this and you've got it made. $12.99 |
Clutch Hub Nut Seal Kit 1965 - 1984 Correct lock tab, seals, & key for1965-84 BT, ( the key goes all the way back to 1915). The seals are for the 1965-84 BT's. Use these stacked in the 1965-84 clutch hub nut (which you should have already changed to on your early ride too.) and this will fit from 1941-1984. Beats the old cork sleeve for sure, but we have those too. It was an old trick to stack 2 of these later style seals in the 1965 nut .
